With a profound commitment to adding value to others, he serves as the President of Repairing The Breach Ministries International, as well as the Dean of Studies at the Community Bible Institute and Seminary Port of Spain campus. Additionally, he leads Impact Growth Consultancy, where he offers invaluable coaching ,consulting and mentoring to aspiring leaders.

With over two decades of experience, Terence excels in coaching and developing leaders through tailored consultations, interactive workshops, and impactful speaking engagements. His vision is straightforward yet powerful: to add value to people in every sphere of his influence.

As a Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker, Terrance has honed his skills under the guidance of some of the most esteemed figures in leadership development, including John Maxwell, Bishop Dayton Birt, Paul Martinelli, Roddy Galbraith, Sam Chand, and others. He is also certified by Momentum Makers U.S.A. as a Trainer for the Professional Skills Series and a facilitator for the S.Y.M.B.I.S. program.

Terence's extensive experience encompasses working with individuals, executives, corporations, and religious organizations to enhance their leadership capabilities, increase their influence, and improve team productivity in South America, North America, Central America and the Caribbean—all while upholding their core values. Adanna is a dynamic and dedicated professional . In her role as Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the financial operations of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability. As the Board Secretary and Treasurer for Repairing the Breach Ministries International, Adanna plays a crucial role in managing financial activities, coordinating annual audits, and meticulously documenting meeting minutes—elements that are vital for the transparency and effectiveness of the organization.

With a Diploma in Biblical Studies from the esteemed Community Bible Institute and Seminary in New York, Adanna possesses a solid educational foundation that informs her approach to leadership and community engagement. Her academic background complements her professional experience, allowing her to integrate her faith and values into her work, particularly in serving the community and young people.

Adanna’s passion for youth development is evident in her extensive experience spanning over 25 years. She has devoted her career to working alongside young individuals, empowering them to reach their full potential. Recognizing the importance of cultivating future leaders, she currently trains other trainers in methodologies and strategies to effectively develop the next generation. Her expertise in youth development is further enhanced by her certification as a Facilitator with S.YM.B.I.S.

As the Director of Youth Programs at Impact Growth Consultancy, Adanna is committed to designing and implementing initiatives that provide young individuals with the tools, guidance, and support they need to thrive. Her comprehensive understanding of both the challenges and opportunities faced by youth today allows her to create programs that are not only relevant but transformative.

Oliver Wallace is a distinguished pastor and counselor with over three decades of dedicated service in various capacities. His journey began in the public service sector of the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica, where he held several pivotal roles, including Junior Secondary School Teacher, Agricultural Extension Officer, Social Worker, and Counselor. These experiences not only enriched his professional life but also deepened his commitment to serving his community and fostering positive change in the lives of those around him.

Throughout his illustrious career, Oliver has served as the senior pastor of five local congregations across the beautiful island of Dominica. His pastoral leadership, which spans an impressive thirty-five years, has been marked by a profound dedication to spiritual growth and community engagement. His ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life has made him a beloved figure in the communities he serves.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Oliver has also contributed to the academic community as a member of the Board of Trustees at Ohio Christian University in Ohio, USA, for six years. This role has allowed him to influence the next generation of leaders and educators, further extending his impact beyond the shores of Dominica.

Currently, Oliver serves as the senior pastor of the Beacon of Life and Hope Christian Fellowship church in Paix Bouche, Dominica. His leadership at this church is characterized by a vision of hope and transformation, where he encourages his congregation to live out their faith actively and purposefully. Furthermore, he holds the esteemed position of National Director for Every Home for Christ in the Commonwealth of Dominica, where he works tirelessly to spread the message of hope and love throughout the nation.

Oliver's academic credentials are as impressive as his professional achievements. He holds a certificate in Working with Adolescents, a diploma in Agricultural Science, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Human Relations, and a Master's degree in Counseling. Additionally, he is a Certified Professional Skills Trainer and facilitator with Impact Growth Consultancy, equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed in their personal and professional lives.

Throughout his career, Oliver has had the privilege of sharing platforms with many influential leaders including Executive Directors from the Certified Maxwell Leadership Team. His commitment to leadership development and personal growth is evident in his interactions and collaborations with these esteemed individuals, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in his field.

  Pamela Aboud is a distinguished entrepreneur and accomplished licensed cosmetologist, boasting over thirty years of diverse experience in the beauty and wellness industry. A proud graduate of the prestigious Wilfred Academy of Hair & Beauty Culture in the United States, Pamela has carved out a remarkable career by not only providing exceptional beauty services but also by transforming her business into a nurturing sanctuary for women. Her unique ability to forge deep connections with her clients has fostered an environment where they can seek not only beauty but also personal empowerment and emotional support.

Throughout her flourishing career, Pamela has consistently demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence. After establishing herself as a leader in the beauty sector, she felt a compelling urge to delve deeper into her passions for ministry and education. This led her to pursue extensive training at the School of Prayer at Open Bible and the Community Bible Institute and Seminary, enhancing her understanding of spiritual growth and community leadership.

Lisa Boney is the Owner / Counsellor of Unlimited  Counselling  Services Ltd (gototheraphy. bb) 

Lisa Boney has a Diploma in Counselling, as well as certification in Advanced  Traumatoloy.  Lisa Boney received her Bachelors in ministry and is presently pursuing her masters in Counselling. 

Lisa Boney is also an accounts  administrator at Npure Water Filtration  Inc, she is confidential and has strong organizational,  management, and leadership skills.
